How it works

1. Make an account and profile

Sign up with your email, pick a username and fill in your profile and gamertags. Your account is free.

2. Create or join a team

Open Teams and create a team, or accept an invite link from a captain. The captain manages the roster. You can also look for players on Find Teammates.

3. Register and check in

Open a tournament and register your team. When the check-in window opens, the captain checks in. Teams that do not check in are dropped and the bracket is built from the teams that did.

4. Play and report scores

Both teams report the score on the match page. If the two reports agree, the winner advances. If they differ, a dispute opens: add a short statement and evidence (a screenshot or clip link) and staff make the final call. See Rules for check-in, no-shows and forfeits.

5. Prizes and cash outs

• Some tournaments offer cash prizes. Cash prizes are for US residents 18+, and are not available in AZ, CT, HI, IA, MS, MT, NV and SD.
• Team prizes are split evenly among the starting roster. Subs are not paid.
• Prizes land in your prize wallet. Add a payout method and cash out from your Wallet.

6. Tokens, credits and the Shop

You earn tokens by playing, up to a daily cap. Spend tokens in the Shop on cosmetics such as name styles and banners. Credits cost $1 each and are site currency. Tokens and credits have no cash value and cannot be cashed out.

7. Pro

Pro is a cosmetic and rewards upgrade: a Pro badge, exclusive styles, bonus tokens and a monthly allowance. It never affects matchmaking or results.
