1. Using Tempted Tournaments
Tempted Tournaments runs community esports tournaments. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms and to the Rules. Provide accurate information and keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Age requirement
You must be 18 or older to use any paid feature we may offer in the future. Today the site is free to use and offers no paid features.
3. No cash prizes or wagers
Currently there are no cash prizes, entry fees, or wagers on Tempted Tournaments. If paid features are introduced, these terms will be updated first and you will be asked to accept the new terms.
4. Credits and tokens
Any credits or tokens we may introduce in the future are platform features only. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred or sold.
4a. Credits and Pro (draft)
Credits can be bought in packs. They are non-withdrawable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Tempted Pro is a subscription that renews automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time through the billing portal and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. A chargeback locks your wallet while it is reviewed, and repeat chargebacks may result in a ban.
5. Conduct, bans and appeals
Accounts can be warned, suspended or banned for cheating, toxicity, harassment, match fixing, or other violations of the Rules. If you believe an action was a mistake, you can appeal through the process shown on your account or by contacting us. Admins review appeals and their decision is final.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit (such as team names, messages and evidence links). You give us permission to display it on the site for the purpose of running tournaments.
7. Not affiliated
Tempted Tournaments is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Activision or any game publisher.
8. Service and liability
The service is provided as is, without guarantees of availability. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. We may change or end features at any time.
