How prizes are paid

Paid within 7 days of your request.

From win to paid

You win a cash-prize tournament.
Staff award the prize after the results are confirmed. It lands in your prize wallet (/wallet).
The prize is held for 3 days before it can be cashed out.
Add a payout method (PayPal, Venmo or Zelle) in your Wallet.
Request a payout. The minimum is $10.
Get paid within 7 days of your request. You get a notice when it is sent.

Once your prizes for the calendar year reach $600, we email you for a W-9 before paying. We never ask for your SSN or bank numbers on the site.
Team prizes are split evenly among the starting roster. Subs are not paid, any leftover cent goes to the captain, and each player cashes out their own share. An ineligible player's share is forfeited.
Prize cash can also be converted to credits (one way only).
Cash prizes are open to US residents 18 or older who do not live in Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee. See the Terms for the full rules.

Entry fees are paid in credits (1 credit = $1). Buy credits on /credits.
Your fee is refunded if you withdraw before the start or the event is cancelled. If you do not check in, the event page says whether your fee is refunded or kept (paid events usually keep it).
A chargeback locks your wallet until it is resolved.
