Trust & Safety
How staff rule, how disputes are decided and how bans work.
Staff and rulings
Staff are site admins. They apply the published rules and the ruleset of each event. Every staff action on a match, an entry or an account is recorded in an internal audit log.
If you think a staff member has a conflict of interest on your match, say so in a support ticket.
How disputes are decided
If the two teams report different results, the match goes to dispute. Staff look at the evidence both sides upload (screenshots, clips), the match chat and the reports. Evidence beats claims.
Missing evidence, missed deadlines and no-shows count against the team responsible. A ruling can be a result, a replay or a forfeit.
What gets a ban
- Cheating: hacks, exploits, modded clients or lobbies.
- Match fixing or throwing matches.
- Smurfing or playing on someone else's account.
- Repeated no-shows or abusing forfeits.
- Harassment, threats or hate speech.
Strikes and bans
Smaller issues get strikes, which expire. Enough active strikes, or one serious offence, can lead to a ban. Bans are timed or permanent. Active bans are listed on the ban list with the player name, the category and the end date only. Staff may leave a ban off the public list.
Appeals
If you are banned, sign in and use the appeal form on the ban page. You can appeal each ban once. While an appeal is open the ban stays in force but is not shown on the public list. For anything else, open a support ticket.
